These insurances are specifically designed to minimise the potential risks associated with letting residential property.
Landlord Buildings and Contents
In association with Homelet, we are able to offer insurances to cover buildings, contents or limited contents where properties are let as unfurnished to include carpets and curtains. These policies have been specifically designed for the residential Landlord.
Rent Guarantee and Legal Expenses
For total peace of mind, this policy offers Rent Guarantee Insurance for up to six or twelve months (excluding the first months lost rent) and legal assistance with any eviction process.
